PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO

Welcome to my Professional Portfolio! My name is Janie Carlson, and I am a fourth-year Health Education and Behavior (HEB) student at the University of Florida. After graduating in Spring 2020, I will attend nursing school at the University of North Florida. I believe my background in health education has prepared me for this endeavor. I am passionate about improving the quality of life of those in my community through learning as well as creating positive change in the health behaviors of those I work with. I feel that my strengths of empathy, diligence, and resolving conflict will help me succeed in these goals.
